*This is a 3 week course running on a Tuesday night. A maximum of 6 places are available.

Overview:
In this class you will learn how to make a pattern to fit your own measurements, consisting of a basic bodice, skirt and sleeve. Standard size blocks are provided as a guide which are then modified to fit students measurements. In the final class you will be taught some basic techniques to make changes to your blocks.

These classes will help beginners to familiarise themselves with pattern pieces and form a better understanding of how to construct a garment. It is also relevant to anyone with more experience wanting to create a basic pattern block to work from. At the end of this class you will take home your own card pattern of a bodice, skirt and sleeve, enabling you to go on to use these as a block for future pattern's you would like to make.

This class is designed for beginner's-intermediate, some basic experience using a domestic sewing machine is required.
